It helps visitors locate public inmate, release, jail, court, and corrections resources for Union County and New Mexico. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other Fair Credit Reporting Act purpose.
Role of This Website
This is a private reference site with no official role in Union County or New Mexico government. It does not store official jail, court, release, or corrections records. We cannot confirm custody, direct a jail to release someone, change a record, or file a form or Inspection of Public Records Act request with any public office.
The pages point visitors toward records held by VMDC, Sheriff Curtis Skaggs's Union County office, New Mexico courts, NMCD, and other relevant custodians. They may also connect visitors with outside research tools. Those references do not make the site an agent of an office or provider.
